Most sites do not have a dramatic spill. They have a drip, every day, under the same machine, until the yard is stained and an auditor asks about it. A tray under the leak costs very little and solves that permanently. Plant nappies do the same job for parked plant and hired machinery, where a rigid tray will not sit.
